(hereinafter, “Brickken”, “We” and/or “Us”) mobileapps and the Online Services (defined below) including the mobile versions ofthis Online Services that Brickken owns and operates.

Moreover, the Policy sets out information aboutcookies and other tracking technologies that are used in the context of themobile apps and the Online Services we offer to You (hereinafter, referred to as the "Cookie/s").

The term "Online Services"refers to the Websites, Marketplace, dApp and all information and servicesprovided to You in connection with your use of the aforementioned including newsletters,sponsored content, advertising, and email communications.

(e) Personalized Cookies: Allow the user to access the website, platform or application, using predefined generic features based on a series of criteria set by the user´s computer or device, such as the language, the type of browser or the locale from which the website is accessed etc.
