We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Account Executive to manage client relationships, drive revenue growth, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and acting as a strategic partner to clients throughout their lifecycle.

- Manage and grow a portfolio of key client accounts, based on inbound calls.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop tailored proposals for clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals aligned with company goals.
- Achieve or exceed sales targets and goals.
- Contribute to department meetings through insights from client interactions.
- Collaborate across departments following established procedures.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
- 2-4 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management.
- English and Spanish required
- Tech savvy and a natural passion for digital innovation.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency with CRM and sales tools (e.g., HubSpot).
