📝 Brief Description

We’re looking for a Marketing Automation & RevOps Specialist (HubSpot focus) to join our team and take full ownership of our HubSpot and RevOps setup. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be responsible for building, optimizing, and reporting on campaigns that fuel our growth. You’ll be the go-to person for HubSpot workflows, automation, dashboards, and integrations, while also supporting the wider marketing team with data-driven execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own HubSpot: workflows, automation, landing pages, lead tracking, segmentation, reporting, and tool integrations.
  • Build and optimize automation workflows for nurturing, onboarding, and retention.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns with personalization and measurable results with email deliverability always in mind.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to ensure smooth lead handoff and accurate data across the funnel.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and create actionable insights to improve ROI.
  • Support attribution modeling, reporting dashboards, and overall RevOps alignment.
  • Maintain clean CRM data to ensure accuracy in reporting and targeting.
  • Create and manage HubSpot landing pages, running A/B tests to improve conversion rates.

🎯 Requirements

  • Proven hands-on experience with HubSpot (CRM, workflows, automation, email, landing pages).
  • Strong understanding of lead management, lifecycle stages, and CRM data hygiene.
  • Experience with marketing analytics & dashboards (Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or similar).
  • Familiarity with digital marketing channels (SEO, PPC, social, email) to support cross-channel campaigns.
