Brickken Solutions, S.L. (“Brickken”) hereby notifies all Users who acquired wBKN and/or BKN tokens, including but not limited to those who participated in the Community Round and Public Rounds, that the technological infrastructure enabling the claim, activation, or conversion of such tokens will be permanently decommissioned as of August 31, 2025, at 23:59 (UTC+0).

As of that date, no further claims, activations, or conversions will be permitted, regardless of any reason, event, or circumstance that may have prevented such actions within the established timeframe. Any User who fails to complete the corresponding procedures before the indicated deadline shall be deemed to have irrevocably forfeited any right, title, or interest in relation to the unclaimed or unconverted tokens. These tokens shall be considered permanently inaccessible, with no entitlement to refund, compensation, replacement, or any other form of remedy.

For the avoidance of doubt, this disclaimer applies to all holders of BKN and wBKN tokens, regardless of whether they currently access, have accessed, or intend to access Brickken’s platform or services. The mere possession of BKN or wBKN tokens, without completing the required procedures within the established timeframe, shall be interpreted as a voluntary and irrevocable waiver of any rights associated with such tokens. Accordingly, no claims will be admitted after August 31, 2025, and no exceptions shall be granted under any circumstances, including cases where token holders failed to interact with the platform or did not receive individual notifications.

Therefore, Brickken shall not assume any direct and/or indirect liability, whether contractual, tortious, or otherwise, for any damages, losses, or impairments, including but not limited to:

• Inability to access and/or operate the relevant technological tools or platforms.
• Loss, mismanagement, or inaccessibility of private keys, digital wallets, BKN, wBKN, or access credentials.
• Malfunctions, disruptions, or delays arising from third-party infrastructure or services.
• User error, negligence, or misinterpretation of instructions or procedural requirements.
• Any decrease in value, usability, liquidity, or transferability of tokens.

This notice is issued pursuant to the Terms and Conditions BKN Utility Token Purchase and the Terms and Conditions including Relevant Information for users of the Payment App and BKN buyers, as made available by Brickken during the Community Round and Public Rounds. Pursuant to these terms, Users were duly informed through accessible and timely communications.

By continuing to access or use any of Brickken’s services or technological infrastructure, and/or by holding wBKN or BKN tokens, each User expressly acknowledges and accepts the legal content and consequences of this Disclaimer.

Finally, this Disclaimer shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain, and any dispute arising in connection herewith shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Barcelona, Spain.
