Annual Summer Teambuilding

In May 2025, the Brickkeneers enjoyed our annual Summer Activity! Every year, the People Department organizes a company-wide day to escape routine, build stronger bonds, and discover new skills through different activities. The goal? To have the greatest time together! We kicked off with The Street Scape, where teamwork, orientation, quick thinking, and creativity were key.

During lunch, everyone was mixed into different teams, creating the perfect opportunity for casual conversations and getting to know each other better.
Then came Who...? Bingo, a fun game where participants had to match fun facts to the right colleagues. It was a great way to laugh, share, and uncover some surprising and unexpected facts about one another!

To wrap up the day, Bowling was the cherry on top! Competing in teams brought out everyone’s best spirit — they were so amazing that we’re now seriously considering starting a Brickkeneers Bowling Club!

Wellbeing

We all know how harmful it can be to sit all day in front of a computer. At Brickken, we decided to take action and bring more movement into our workday, always listening to what our team needs. When we moved into our new office, we added a ping pong table. Now, casual post-lunch games have become part of our daily fun, with “King/Queen of the Pitch” matches always happening.

But we didn’t stop there. That’s how Brickken Clubs were born! Based on our team’s interests, we’ve launched activities like biweekly football and climbing, and summer volleyball, among others.

These clubs help us stay active, connect beyond work, and care for our team’s health and well-being.
